BSNL has given a new facility to its customers. You can complain about spam or fake messages or calls. For this you have to go to BSNL Self Care App and provide some details.
No other telecom company has this feature. If you are a BSNL customer and you have received a fake message, then you can complain like this.
How can BSNL customers lodge complaints through SMS
- Start the BSNL Selfcare app.
- Tap on the three-line menu in the top left corner of the home page.
- Scroll down and select the option "Complaints & Preferences".
- On the next page, click on the three-line menu on the right.
- Select 'Complaints' in the menu bar.
- Click on "New Complaint".
- Fill in all the details to register your complaint by SMS or voice.
You can lodge a complaint about fake messages using the BSNL Selfcare app. You can complain in the manner mentioned above.
