Open BSNL Selfcare App.
Tap the three-line menu in the top left corner of the home page.
Scroll down and select the 'Complaints and Preferences' option.
On the next page, tap on the three-line menu on the right.
Select 'Complaints' from the menu.
Tap on 'New complaint'.
To register your complaint choose SMS or Voice and enter all the required details.
